Argon Oil

November Favorites

I kind of did a favorites earlier this month because I was so in love with some newer products but I still have a few others I have been using this month that I think are worth sharing!
Some of them are older that I have been using more since I forget about them all sometimes, and some are new.

*Wet n Wild Color Icon "NUTTY"
I have had this as a favorite before and I think I will again, it is so inexpensive and pigmented, I really like these shadows!
*Wet n Wild Color Icon "BRULEE"
This I had recently picked up, I have seen it on a ton of blogs and have been meaning to purchase it for a while. It goes nicely with Nutty
*Marcelle Soothing Cleansing Water
This is the current makeup remover I have been using and it's really nice! My skin feels clean and no residue or oily feeling after using.
*Josie Maran Argan Oil
I have had ehhh thoughts about this product, at least with my hair. I did purchase it months and months ago and with the hefty price tag I needed to start using it again other wise it is a big waste of money. I am currently using it on my hands and wow they are super soft! I am liking this more for skin then for my hair.

*Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil "Milk"
Who hasn't seen this before? I am so late on having it but I seriously love using it after I apply my primer just to hold shadow in place or for more of a bright color on my lid. I used this for my Xmas party look and it stayed on until the am very nicely!

*Marcelle Power Volume Mascara "Black"
This mascara really does give me volume and length, I am liking it a lot lately but I still have to layer with a waterproof on top to make it look like I have nice lashes =/ I don't know how anyone with crappy eye lashes can just use one mascara, it really doesn't work for me!

*Philosophy "Raspberry Sorbet"
<3 this!!!!  This is a bit thicker/sticky so if you don't like that kind you need to stay away from it-for some reason I like when its thick, I feel like it  stays on longer but not so great when your hair sticks in it.

My hair is getting pretty long and I am in need of deep conditioners more then ever with the crappy cold. Here is the 2 I have been using the most.

I just throw this mostly on my ends before I go to bed once or twice a week and wash my hair in the am and wow it is crazy soft! I think this stuff really works.

*Macadamia Deep Repair Masque
I LOVE this masque! Honestly if I was rich I would use this all the time! But a full size jar of this is too expensive so I have just purchased this little packet and I can get a few uses out of it. This is a must try for sure!

 LATE OCtober FaVorItes!!!!

I had a really hard time getting this post done.... I REALLY don't like taking my pictures inside since the lighting is terrible and if you have terrible pictures what's the point? If anyone has any suggestions on how to get better indoor pictures please let me know!! I try to take them near a window but I just don't have a good spot in my house and it's been snowy and grey outside all week =( boo!
Anyways my favorites aren't super interesting this month, it is pretty basic but I have been loving these =D

My first Juicy Tubes Lip Gloss in Fruity Pop.
I have heard sooo much about these but just don't want to pay the price so I have never purchased them before. I got this as a freebie with my recent Lancome purchase =D
This pink is one of my favorite colors for lip gloss, this is smooth, glossy and just the right amount of thickness.<3!

It's a 10 Miracle leave in product is amazing for my hair! I love the convenience of 10 products in one so it is quick and takes up less space in my bathroom drawer...you know what that means, more space for other products!
This gel like consistency can make your hair greasy and weighed down if you are not careful of over spraying, I did run into that but you just have to figure out how many sprays to use before it is too many. As well stay away from the roots especially if you have fine hair like me =/

I have really been addicted to skin care products lately and I am on the hunt for the best things that work with my combination skin. I have absolutely been loving the St.Ives Green Tea Cleansers & The Lancome Visionnaire. These two have been keeping my skin feeling clean, smooth and breakout free...knock on wood! My skin decided it hated me for a while lately and wasn't looking it's best =/

I haven't had the chance to wear a ton of shadows this month, mostly only on weekends sometimes but I definitely reached for these two this month the most.
*Wet N Wild-Walking on Egg Shells
*Motives-Foxy Brown
These actually both were from 2 other bloggers but the colors are EXACTLY what I would have picked out! The Wet n Wild are so pigmented for their prices and the colors are such great everyday colors I really love them! I was very lucky to receive these from my good blogger friend Sarah
The Motives shadow was nothing I had ever heard of until my Makeup swap with my other good blogger friend Alx.This shadow is the absolute perfect Matte brown I have ever used! It makes my grey eyes look crazy blue I love it!I think this is very comparable to Mac shadows as well, the pigmentation is amazing and very smooth. Love this!

Okay anyone who does not have a steady hand with gel liners like myself this Elf Angled Eye Liner brush ($1!) is AMAZING! It is my new bff! ;) I have been using this with my Buxom gel liner - Leatherette and it is crazy easy to apply. Doing a winged eye is super easy with this brush, I think it is a must have for everyone!

And lastely with the cold weather and snow we have had =( I am always wanting coffee or tea, it helps keep me warmer! I Love green tea,tea and coffee but I have been super addicted to these teas!

That is all for my October Favorites... What were some of yours?

Cover Girl

Most reached for Eye Shadows

Please forgive the picture, it is 9pm and it is dark dark outside!! So I had to use my flash and the color is a bit off =/

ahh cat hair again on my naked palette! ops =/

When it comes to everyday shadows(When I use them) I am very neutral and like mostly browns so a lot of my shadows are similar colors but I feel like I can never have enough brown eye shadows!

*Cover Girl Eye Enhancer in Tapestry Toupe- (I have had this forever!)
*Cover Girl Eye Enhancer in Swill Chocolate- (Also an oldy)
*Wet n Wild Color Icon in Nutty (Best $2 shadow ever!)
*Hard Candy Baked Eye Shadow Duo in Baked (Nicely pigmented for $5 Shadow!)

What is your most used color & Brand for everyday eye shadow look?

Hard Candy

oKAY oKAY ....

Since I have started this blog I have really realized that i have been spending a lot of money on products...i might have spend a LITTLE bit more since this blog started but nahh probably not. I guess i justify it because i usually buy sale items! Anyways here we go again... =)

I used to use Maybelline Full N Soft ALWAYS when I was younger and all of a sudden I couldn't  find it anymore I actually thought it was discontinued or something...Then i was at my mom's house last week and I was telling her about the one by one mascara I just bought and she said she thought she had it as well... but it was the full N Soft she was thinking of, i was surprised that they still made it! I have searched and searched for this mascara and no luck until the other day I went to a Walmart in a town close to my city and they had it. Needless to say I got it, it was only $7 so really not too much.

I do not have much experience with Wet n Wild products but a lot of YT guru's seem to be liking this. This high pigmented shadow is in the color Nutty and it was only $2! It is definitely worth $2 and then some. The color is great and I actually like how tiny this is as it will not take up much room in my already full make up drawer.

Next is the Hard Candy skin perfecting Primer. This is a very light formula, i was thinking that it would be a thicker more silicone base but it goes on really smooth and feels light. I didn't even notice it after i put it on. I really like Hard Candy products, they are so affordable, This was around $8 and this will last me forever!

My sister told me she uses this as an eye lid primer as well as the face primer.

I am not a huge nail polish girl but i love this grey . This is Rimmel's Grey Matter polish, super cheap I think only $3 and the color isn't very dark but its a nice neutral color to have.

I have yet to find another store where I live that actually sells this. I have heard a couple YT guru's talking about Soap & Glory products so I thought I should check them out. I LOVE the packaging on their products, it just makes  me want to buy them! They are a little bit more expensive then other drug store products but not by to much, most of their stuff is around $11. This one is the Girligo Fragrant moisturizing mist-as the box says: " scented with a tempting blend of bergamot, peach, strawberry, jasmine, mandarin and musk" sounds delicious right? It is a very good scent, not over powering and a it is more jasmine and musky then fruity, so it is a different smell then i usually use-nice to change it up.

You can check out Mertzmakeup 's Youtube Video on this product-that's where i found it and decided to try it!
