I Love…Cosmetics Review

12:45 PM

I Love… is an exciting bath and beauty line that prides itself in providing high quality, affordable and delicious products. Their paraben-free bath and shower creams, skin friendly formulations with natural additives, and comes in variety of yummy fragrances! Their line also includes exfoliating scrubs, lotions and fruity spritzers (I will def be buying some of those!)

Strawberries & Cream Bubble Bath has the delicious scent that bubbles up nicely and takes you away from reality even for just a minute while you can relax and feel pampered. I have actually used a few of their bubble baths previously and it's the only brand I buy now since you literally want to eat everything…why wouldn't you want to have that smell in your bath or shower? Leaves you feeling refreshed and gives you a nice start or finish to your day :)
The formula isn't super thick, I don't use too much product as I do have a jetted tub so that always helps with bubbles so I am not sure without a jetted tub with the formula. I find the price really reasonable as well 500mL for $9.99, as well I find this size usually lasts me months.

I Love… Raspberry & Blackberry Body Butter is hands DOWN my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE fruity scent. I have never used their body butters before so when I saw this my eyes grew wide and I knew it would be great.. I opened it up and WOW this scent is incredible to me, I really do understand why they say this is not food LOL Smells damn delicious. It left my skin soft and it didn't feel as thick as some body butters I have used before which I found really nice because I don't overly like thick thick moisturizers since I wouldn't use it daily, but this I can use daily. Leaves you feeling energized and lifts my mood! I would recommend giving this a try! I also find this a lot more reasonable of a price compared to Body Shops body butters, and I kind of prefer this one-at least before the winter months, 200mL for $9.99.

I Love… Cosmetics are exclusively available at Shoppers Drug Marts across Canada! Made in the UK :)

Feburary EmpTies

10:20 AM

check ya later empty products.....

Love doing empties posts, out with the old in with the new.

Body Shops Coconut Body Butter. Who hasn't purchased one of their body butters at least once before. In LOVE with this smell, reminds me of summer when I was a kind, sunscreen maybe but damn it smells good. As for moisturizing it's not my top pick. These suckers cost around $21, so only purchase these when they have good sales!

Would I repurchase? Possibly if they had a good sale, not for full price.

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition is another one I have been suckered into buying quite a few times, usually is around $3 and really detangles my hair without weighing it down. Nothing special but if I am out of my healthy sexy hair then this will do.

Would I repurchase? Yeah I probably will

Lancome Hypnose Drama sample,L'oreal Voluminous Power Collagen and Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes, also sample mascaras.
I am a mascara obsessed maniac. I will buy more mascara looking for the one then one human needs in their life time. I have had the Lancome ones for seriously way too long. But I was kinda saving the tubes for an empties post. They were actually not too bad of products but still didn't beat my L'oreal Voluminous anything mascara.

Would I repurchase? The L'oreal yes! I am in love with most of their mascaras and they are the only ones that give me eyelashes.
Does anyone have recommendations for eyelashes in a tube?

Neurtrogena Acne Stress Control. I don't even know when I purchased this but it wasn't anything exciting, the microbeads are a bit too tiny for my likings. There is 2% salicylic acid in it so if your skin agrees with that then its alright.

Would I repurchase? Nahhhhh

Wen's Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner. Man this stuff is just strange when you are new to it. I watched the infomercial for about ummm 3 years before I committed to the ridiculous prices. This product can make your hair crazy soft and smell delicious if you use it correctly. If you don't then your hair is greasy and weighed right down. The theory of this product is great and I think it's perfect if you don't have a LOT of hair. The amount of product you use is unreal and you would go through more product then worth it.

Have you tried Wen? What did you think of it?

Would I repurchase? Possibly now since I cut off all my hair and this will be much easier to use then on my loooonnnggg hair before.

Well my empties posts aren't as exciting as some of yours out there but I can't afford all those high end shannagins that some of you have!

What is your last empty you had?

Hair and Skin Care Haul

9:28 AM

Some random hair and skin care:
Yep I went shopping = 0 BUT I did use a gift card for most of this so I don't feel so guilty...

*VASELINE Spray & Go Moisturizer
*VASELINE Coco Radiant Body Butter
*QUO Mini Eye Makeup Remover Pads
*S FACTOR Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner
*HEALTHY SEXY HAIR Soy Tri-Wheat Leave in Conditioner
*MACADAMIA Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque
*GARNIER Olia Oil Powered Hair Color

VASELINE Spray & Go Moisturizer
Looks like sunscreen hey? I had bought ones of these from Soap & Glory like a year ago and loved the idea of how lazy it could be to apply moisturizer but it smelled like an old lady so I ended up not using it. This has a light fresh aloe scent that I quite enjoy. This is light weight and super quick if you don't have time to lotion up. I do recommend using it in your shower or your floor will be slipper as hell from the over spray! I bought this on sale for $4.99 I believe it is around $6.99 regularly.

 VASELINE Coco Radiant Body Butter
I purchased this product this week actually and kind of hesitant since I do have quite a few of Bath and Body works or Body Shop body butters that I need to use but I find them so fragrance that I guarantee that's why they aren't as moisturizing. So far this stuff is amazing! The smell is to die for and it actually is moisturizing. It can be a bit greasy if just used on your hands-I always wipe my palms off after using this but I love this so far. A bit pricy for $6.99 but cheaper then the body shop stores.

QUO Mini Eye Makeup Remover Pads
I saw these in the travel section at Shoppers Drug Mart and thought mays well try them for a few bucks. I love trying travel size products instead of blowing my money on full size and hating the product. These are those you could take it or leave it,nothing amazing nothing to shitty. Just something as a back up when you are out of your HG makeup wipes. These were $3.99 and I probably won't repurchase.

S FACTOR Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner
I've had this weird obsession of wanting to try the TIGI S Factor products I think because of the packaging, how sad lol. They just look clean and expensive.Oh wait they are damn expensive that's why it took me years before I could try them! I found these at a mall in my city on sale from $46.00(the shampoo) to $23.00. jeezus who pays $46.00 for shampoo!? I wish that was in my budget! The condition was regularly $50.81 (random price) and on sale for $23.00. I think these are decent prices since they seriously last me over a year. AND I was lucky and had a gift card so this was free for me =D okay first off these smell EFFING AMAZING!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the scent it's fruity and sweet. I haven't used them enough to know if I am in complete love or not but so far so good!

HEALTHY SEXY HAIR Soy Tri-Wheat Leave in Conditioner
L O V E this product! Has to be my all time favorite leave in conditioner I have tried. This is pricey but this bottle will probably last a year anyway so it's not too bad. This was regularly $29.00 on sale for $19.00 which I used a gift card so that was nice. This product detangles my scraggly long fine hair and leaves it soft without any build up. This is for sure my go to leave in treatment.

MACADAMIA Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque
I FINALLY had enough points on my Shoppers Drug Mart card to get this product for almost free, I think I paid $3.00 but it was WELL worth it. This is the only deep conditioning masque that doesn't let me down. I cannot use a deep conditioner that isn't thick and this is pretty thick, coats the hair and smells super good. I always have ridiculously soft hair after using this and I really think it repairs some of the damage I've done with my 3 strands of fine ass hair. This sucker is $31.00 for 250ml,makes me cringe when I type that but if you can afford to splurge I would suggest it. I have a feeling this will last quite a while but then again what do I know I have barely any hair! *red face*

GARNIER Olia Oil Powered Hair Color
I don't know if I have ever read such hit and miss reviews about a new product in my life. I hear sooo many positive and soooo many negative reviews about this product I HAD to try it for myself. I dyed my hair last week so I will be waiting a little while to use it but when I do it better impress me! This is very appealing since it is ammonia free, not only is that super damaging for your hair but the smell is just disgusting so I am excited to try this. This was expensive though $11.00. Have any of you tried this one out yet?

Has anyone tried any of these products??

Bath And Body Works

Favorite Bath and Body Works at The MoMent!

6:09 AM

For Xmas I did get a few B&BW things which I LOVE and always want more of, here is a new scent I am L O V I N G!!

BE ENCHANTED
How do I describe this?! I have no idea where to even start with that one. But it is a little different , maybe floralish? Smell it next time you go to B&BW! it's very nice.
My older sister got me the Body wash,Body spray and Body Lotion for xmas =D I was very excited for these!!

SWEET PEA. My all time favorite, I think i own everything that they have made in sweet pea and probably doubles of a lot of things. LOVE this scent!!!!
My bf had gotten me 4 little body butters (he said they were sold out of the big ones. One of them is at work so only 3 in the pic!) for Xmas and my mom actually got me the big body butter and a bubble bath for Xmas! I was very grateful for these, they are my fav =) But I am going to have to say the Body Shop Body Butters are a bit more moisturizing, at least the coconut one is to me.

What is your favorite Bath and Body Works Scent?
