Annabelle

Marcelle&Annabell Haul

6:25 AM

I was so lucky when my blogging friend Gaby mentioned to me she was going to a warehouse sale in her area and would pick up a couple things if I was interested and just pay her back. HELL YEAH I was interested! I really haven't tried enough Annabelle or Marcelle products and was very excited she would pick some things out! I love her taste so I knew whatever she would pick out would suite me!
You can click HERE & HERE to see her past items she had picked up.
I REALLY wish I could go to one of these sales, they sound like a lot of fun and good prices!!

Here is what I got =D =D

When I opened my mail that day I was seriously super excited! I don't know why but I really like when other people pick out things for me, it just might be something I might not have thought of trying before and clearly I have a slight obsession with trying new products & makeup!

I am such a mascara junkie, I need to show a post of all my mascaras I have OPEN and randomly using, it's ridiculous!!! So these are very fun to test out!

*MARCELLE Volume Precision Mascara
*MARCELLE  Lash Extreme
*MARCELLE Power Volume Mascara (This one is my fav so far!)

I haven't gave them all a good go yet so I am not too sure on the other 2 just yet, I like to give them a good few uses before I really judge them.

More lip gloss? Yes please! This is also another ridiculous obsession for me, but I like glossy lips!

*ANNABELLE LE GLOSS in Missy Miss
*ANNABELLE LipTint in Coral Crush (this is gorgeous & decently moisturizing!)
*ANNABELLE LE GLOSS in Baby Doll
I tired to take a picture of these glosses but the cloudy weather this weekend really didn't show the true colors so I will update that when I can! I LOVE all of these, I use them daily. I think this lip gloss is my new fav, and I cannot find it around here =/

I had really never heard about this too much until Gaby mentioned it and I was sold on trying it!

*MARCELLE Essentials Purity Soothing Cleansing Water

This is such a convenient, " A soothing & refreshing cleansing water that gently cleanses and tones the skin, while removing eye makeup. The no rinse formula micro emulsifies impurities without irritating the skin. Effective for long wearing and waterproof mascara."
Sounds perfect hey? I have been using it on my face only, and love it! I haven't tried it yet on my eyes but I will soon!

I am always always trying blushes and bronzers as well could own a million different brown eye shadows so this is perfect!

I love all of these! I tried to take some swatches but honestly I just don't think they are useful unless I can have some natural day light =( but I will try to get those to update this as well!

*MARCELLE Velvety Powder Blush in Just Blush

*MARCELLE Wet & Dry Eye Shadow Duo in Tiramisu

* MARCELLE  Bronzing Pressed Powder in Tropical Bronze

And that is my Marcelle & Annabelle Haul =D Thanks so much to you Gaby for picking these up for me!! We totally do not have cool warehouse sales or even a Marcelle around here =(
Have you had a chance to try any of these?

Beauty Savvy

First Impressions

8:38 AM

I recently purchased a couple Items that I had been wanting to try for quite a while now and I am happy I finally have gotten to try them!!!! Here is my first impressions of the 3 items...

I have seen Saaammage talk about this eye makeup remover a million times and I am ALWAYS lusting to try it!!! Since it isn't sold in Canada it is a littler harder to try. FINALLY I have it =D =D =D I have only used this a couple times since I had got it so I don't know 100% sure how I feel about it but it is really nice. It seriously feels like you are using water since it is not oily at all-which I LOVE. I hate using anything oily on my eyes, I don't like the residue that is left on my skin. This does the job pretty well for taking off waterproof mascara. No stinging either which is also something everyone hates! I love the look of the bottle but I am soo used to using my foaming makeup remover from Clean&Clear that it was harder to get used to such a watery formula.  I am not 100% Sure if Sonia Kashuk doesn't test on animals, I didn't find them on the PETA list but some other sites claimed they don't but I won't be getting too attached to this since it isn't in my country.. I don't think so at least?

Giovanni Shampoo& Conditioner -$9 each
I had watched a video from Beauty Savvy and I had been REALLY REALLY wanting to try these after that. I had googled it and wasn't sure on where to find them since she had purchased hers at an American store. BUT I was at Walmart last week and I saw them next to the Burts Bee's and I was like OMG I HAVE to purchase these!!
So I just picked out the root 66 shampoo.Max volume & 50:50 Balanced hair remoisturizer for normal to dry hair.
The good things with these are:
*Enriched with Certified Organic Botanicals
*No Animal by-products
*Cruelty free
=D
How does that not sound great for your hair? I think if you have damaged or fine hair it really does matter what you are washing and conditioning your hair with. I know these might be considered drug store but they are healthy for your hair and don't have all the gunk that some other brands might.
I was happy to find a decently priced cruelty free shampoo&conditioner that has decent ingredients in them =)
These are lightly scented and I really like the bottles, the price might be expensive since I like to buy the 1L bottles from a salon since really you pay $30 or so and it lasts like a year so why wouldn't you go for those rather then small drug store bottles?
I did notice my hair seemed really soft after I rinsed the conditioner out, sometimes my hair just feels blahh until its dry but it felt extra soft. I don't know how great the shampoo is for colored hair because I did see some color going down the drain =( but I will just have to wait to see how long the color lasts while using these products.

Here is Beauty Savvy's Video if you are interested in seeing what she thought of the products:

Have you tried either of these products?

Blink 182

American Haul!!!

1:00 AM

WHOAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I have a friend who recently went to the States for work and she had asked me if there was anything I wanted that we can't find in Canada, so I mentioned the Sonia Kashuk makeup remover and if she happen to see the BFC Monsters there I would LOVE one!!! I also said if you find anything I might like pick it up and of course I will pay you when you get back...well she did find quite a few little things that she knew I would love! I was shocked when she handed me a bag FULL of things she found! I just thought I would quickly share what I got =D

Holly CRAP!! How did you fit all this extra in your suit case? lol.

*Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip Icing - Okay yes this seems extremely weird but I am not gonna lie I do like to eat icing off a spoon sometimes! AND this was my favorite for years and all of a sudden you can't buy it in my city anymore, wtf?! I don't know why it's not here but it isn't and I am almost halfway through this container of icing haha.
*Socks from Target! $1!are you kidding me?! We do NOT have prices like that here!!
* Monster M-3 super concentrate! okay this is crazy when she text me the picture! We certainly don't have these in Canada or at least never where I have been but they are adorable! And taste pretty good =)
*BLINK 182 Bracelet! This will come in handy for the next concert! ( if they have one! I hope so)
*Sonia Kashuk Eye Makeup Remover with the bonus travel size bottle. I was sooo excited to finally try this!!!
*Phiten Titanium Necklace-This might be weird too but my arm goes numb sometimes when I am sleeping and its creepy as hell and these necklaces really help with that! We don't have anywhere in my city that carries them so she got one there for me =)
*GUM!! I am obsessed with gum! When her and I went to Vegas earlier this year I think she thought I was nuts for buying every damn pack of gum that I hadn't seen in Canada lol but we don't get all the good stuff like the states do =/ I am missing one pack in the picture, it's in my purse but she got a lot of gum =D

I am very thankful I have one friend who knows me so well and is so kind =D and I am glad this won't cost me an arm and a leg since the prices are way cheaper there!

Have you ever had a friend get something from another country for you that you couldn't get where you live?
