My November Loose Button LUXE BOX!

If you haven't had the chance to see the redesigned Luxe Box, they actually changed it October to this sleek new packaging which I really LOVE! They have added so much personal touch to the boxes now with the made for you sticker it just feels more like it is made specifically for you!

When I first opened the box I thought WHOA there is a lot in there this month =D

I personally was very excited to see these items in my November's box!

First Impression: I have been very addicted to perfume lately and find myself wanting to use many different kinds but this sounds better than it smells, maybe it will grown on me? I might end up seeing if a friend might use it.

First Impression: E.L.F in my Luxe Box? lol I don't know why but I just didn't think E.L.F was a deluxe kind of sample? The colors are very nice though and I don't have a ton of E.L.F in my collection.

First Impression: I love tea so I was happy to have this in my box =D I haven't drank it yet but I think I will try it out today.

I am not exactly sure how many boxes or if all of the boxes this month received this little bottle of Olay regenerist or what but there is a little card saying that I have been chosen for this opportunity to test this out and provide feedback to Olay on what I thought.

I am trying to find the perfect skin care products so I was very happy to receive this!

I have heard a few Twitter& Youtubers who weren't really happy with this month's box, I am. I like skin care products and perfume, and shadow and mascara and lip gloss lol so I guess I am usually pretty happy. I know it can't be perfect every month but it's really quite fun when you do get this little gift every month!

I am going to give both my sisters Loose Button for their Christmas gift's...no shopping needed and the gift that lasts a few months, sounds great to me!

I got my Luxe Box FINALLY =D

For anyone just reading this and haven't heard about Loose Button's Luxe box they are a monthly subscription you sign up for and receive 4-5 deluxe beauty samples. You can check out their web site for more information HERE.

October was a little bit different if you were a previous Luxe Box subscriber, when I opened my mail box and saw the package I actually thought hmm what is this?? Then I read the shipping address and realized it was my Luxe Box. It has definitely been redesigned!

I am such a detail oriented person when it really comes down to things I really like or care about and I was very surprised how much effort they put into this month as well as the new design.

Please excuse the broken tissue paper I was too excited to take my pictures before I dug into this!

I was so shocked that they had my name printed on the info card as well as on the sticker! It made everything so personal and made me feel like I was more then just another box. It was a cute idea!(My name is actually spelt Tegan but I spell it Taygan normally). The inside of the box was really cute as well with the black and white little Loose Button logos with the black squiggly paper!

I must say this is my favorite look to any of the boxes, I love black and white together it is very modern and it always looks great.

I adore the new information card or whatever you want to call it. Again the black and white I really like, it looks fancy but nice and clean and easy to read. I did like the picture beside the info though like they used to have but I don't really think with this kind of lay out you would be able to fit everything in.

OLAY PROFESSIONAL PRO-X| Eye Restoration Complex.-Full Size Price $60

This specialized treatment hydrates to restore the area to it's optimum appearance by improving the look of crow's feet. Massaging it in reduces excess fluids to diminish dark circles and puffiness.

I was a little surprised when I saw Olay in my Luxe Box, I didn't ever consider this a high end product but to be honest I did want to try this since I am so worried about getting wrinkles around my eyes!!

LISE WATIER| Plumpissimo Le Gloss-Full Size Price $20

Instantly makes your lips look fuller,sexier,"poutier". Dehydrated Hyaluronic Filling Spheres penetrate small vertical lines and instantly expand upon contact with the natural water in your skin.

So far I haven't noticed and tingling or plumping =/ but it is very pretty!

I was pleased with the new look the Loose Button came up with, I do think it outdoes Glymm in that department. October was a good month, I just wish I could get a mascara and no nail polish!!!!!

WOW I JUST got my Luxe box, September 27th, now I had to be one of the last people to receive it! I don't quite know what was going on with Canada Post but I had received 3 other packages in between when other people were getting their Luxe Box and when I actually got it so it didn't quite make sense to me... but on with what this month brought =)

This month the full prices on here are really expensive!!! I find it really fun to test out all these expensive items!

MOROCCAN OIL | The Original Oil Treatment- $42.00 100 ML

This product is specifically designed for hair that has been damaged by chemical processing and stripped of it's natural moisture and elasticity. Repair luster to sun-ravaged hair with this nutrient rich treatment. The results are instant and outstanding and will leave hair hydrated with a lightweight,silky texture.

I was soooo pleased to receive this! I have always wanted to try it but the price is honestly too high for me, this bottle will last a ridiculously long time =D

SECHE VITE | Top Coat - $35 5ML

Widely acknowledged as the world's finest top coat, Seche Vite is specially formulated to penetrate through nail lacquer to the base coat forming a single solid coating over the nail plate for a much more durable finish. Guaranteed not to yellow while leaving nails silky,stronger and resistant to chipping and peeling.

This sounds fairly nice, I do not currently own a really nice top coat so this is nice.

This sounds lovely, but how do I spritz it on my face when the container is like this? There is a little hole at the top, so I guess you dab on cotton pad and wipe on face?

I was also excited to try this, $120! Wow that is a hefty price tag. I have used this two times so far and my skin actually feels really nice!

Overall, I know there is a lot of up and downs with the whole mystery box, I did enjoy two of the items. This was not my favorite month to be honest. I would REALLY like to see a mascara in one of my Luxe Boxes!

August Luxe Box

Wow, the shipping this month was awesome!! I was sent the email for my confirmation on Monday the 15th and the estimated delivery date was to be the 19th-usually it's at least 1 week. It was the 17th when it arrive! =D Made my very very long not so wonderful Wednesday a lot better!

I liked the black tissue paper this month!

Cheeky Monkey|Pearl Necklace-$15

I love the packaging for this! The color is pretty but it isn't really a color I would use. I like the more bright or even dark colors then just white =/ but it is still really nice!

Lip Plumping Treatment|City Lips by City Cosmetics-$35

I just put this on and I really like it! I has a slight sticky feeling, and tingly but it is glossy =)

Proclaim|Cocoa Butter Hand & Body Lotion-$8.00

Very Chocolate smelling lotion!

Calvin Klein|Forbidden Euphoria Fragrance-$78&$102

I Love this scent! I wasn't totally in love with other Euphoria fragrances by Calvin Klein but this one is really nice. This small size is perfect for your bag. This is a roller ball bottle as well,easy to apply and the scent is strong enough to notice but not too intense to make you feel ill!

Now I don't know if everyone got this in theirs, or if it is just for the people who have yearly subscriptions but it was perfect since I just got my ears repierced!

These are very pretty...not something I would pick out but maybe for a special occasion?

Over all I was happy with my August Luxe Box and am excited for my September's to get here =)

It's FINALLY HERE!!! Due to the mail strike in Canada this was delayed by a couple weeks... It felt like a month but it was only a couple weeks. I also wanted to thank Loose Button for keeping everyone updated during the mail strike, that was really helpful while I was patiently waiting for my June box! =)

End OF May.... June here we come and I am not ready for summer quite yet...

I feel like this is the longest week ever and that I haven't had a chance to blog for so long! There is a crazy lightening storm going on right now with small hail... I hope it doesn't get too bad.

On with the May Favorites!

*OLAY Silk Whimsy Body Lotion-This stuff is a very good scent! It's a light moisturizer with a light fragrance that is great for summer! I picked this up at Walmart in a pack with body wash and a bar of soap for about $8.

*BATISTE Dry Shampoo in Blush- My HG dry shampoo!!

*L'OREAL Paris Studio Indestructible Fixing Spray, I compare this hair spray to Elnett Satin Hairspray that I absolutely Love but hate paying the $$ for. This Spray was under $7 so it is a good runner up product!

*AVON Q110 Moca Latte Eyeshadow Quad, I can't quite remember when I purchased this but I forgot I had it and lately I have been using it often! This was under $10 and the colors are just great neutrals that anyone can use.

*SUN LABORATORIES Self Tanner in Ultra Dark... Summer is coming up right quick and I am in need of some safe color.. This is this dark if you have never actually seen the formula. It is like applying some type of chocolate to your skin! But it works amazingly!
