TRESemme Heat Tamer Spray | Benefit Moisturizing Prep Toning Lotion | Philosophy Purity Facial Cleanser | Clear Root Boost Shampoo | It's a 10 Miracle Leave In | Seaweed Clarifying Toner | Vaseline Total Radiance Cocoa Body Butter

*TRESemme Heat Tamer- Who hasn't purchased this yet? It lasted a really long time, maybe because of my fine hair? It's your typical heat protectant. Why everyone on YouTube gives it such hype is beyond me? I just don't find it to be so shockingly great..maybe it's just me?

Would I repurchase? Yes because it's fairly cheap but it's not my favourite by any means.

*Clear Volumizing Root Boost Shampoo. Okay I was fairly shocked at how much I liked this drugstore shampoo. I like to buy salon shampoo but this was great, it smells nice and didn't dry out my hair. It did not volumize but does any shampoo really volumize?

Would I repurchase? Yep!

*Benefit Moisturizing Prep Toning Lotion- This was from a monthly subscription box and it took me FOREVER to use it up. It was really different from any toner I have ever used.It was thick and moisturizing. It wasn't amazing to me despite all the good reviews I read but I was glad to try it out.

Would I repurchase? Negative.

*It's a 10 Miricle Leave in Product. <3 this product. How handy is it to have everything you need for your hair all in one bottle? It did help condition and volumize my hair, I would use this everyday if it wasn't for the price. I can't justify regularly spending almost $30 for a teeny tiny ass bottle of product that doesn't last that long.

Would I repurchase? If I was rich I would always repurchase!!!

*Philosophy Purity Facial Cleanser. AMAZING! This stuff is my all time favorite cleanser! I received this in another monthly subscription box and am so impressed. My skin felt soft clean and refreshed! It removed my eye makeup as well so it was really awesome.

Would I repurchase? I guess I need to see the price...but again if I was rich HELL YES I would purchase.

*Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner- This stuff smells amazing to me, I really liked this toner! I am one of those people that doesn't notice much when I am using toner but if I had to pick any that I have tried I really liked this one. I felt it did help control oily skin slightly, nothing shocking but I did notice when I wouldn't use this my skin was more oily throughout the day.

Would I repurchase? Yes

*Vaseline Total Moisture Cocoa Radiance Body Butter- This is my absolute favorite body butter I have ever tried actually. The smell is incredible! I could eat it. I have since purchased the regular cocoa radiance lotion and pretty much love it. This is fairly moisturizing, but the smell wins me over the most.

Would I repurchase? Oh yeah!

Have you tried any of these? What's your recent empties?

Third time is a charm right? Why blogger needed to delete this post two other times is beyond me. So here we go again.

*L'OREAL ELNET Satin Hair Spray
Repurchase? Yes if it was on sale, I actually got this for $2.99 at Shoppers once and sometimes they are $12.99! I would not pay $12 for freakin hairspray.
*TRESEMME Heat Tamer Heat Protectant
Repurchase? Meh. If the price was right, I kinda swap heat protection products since they aren't too different to me from the other ones out there.
*MACADAMIA Deep Repair Masque
Repurchase? Hell yeah! LOVE this product!Helps repair my hair more then anything I have ever used.
*FRIZZ EASE Heat Defense Heat Protectant
Repurchase? nahhh I don't think it's worth the couple extra dollars then the Tresemme one.
*DR TEALS Epson Salt in Lavender
Repurchase? Yes, it smells sooo good!
*L'OREAL Sublime Bronzer
Repurchase? Yes, I do like to have a self tanner that is fool proof and washes off at the end of the day. Adds just enough extra color to my skin to not look like a total ghost.
*L'OREAL Voluminous Million Lashes
Repurchase? Yes, this mascara is one of my favorite drug store ones, but the brush can be a bit poky.

What were your latest empties?

Short & sweet by the third time...

Have a good weekend!!!!!!!!!!

ThiS Vs ThAt!... Part 1!

This VS that?  Which one did I like Better?

VOLUMINIZING GELS:
**Big Sexy Hair Blow Dry Voluminizing Gel VS *TRESemme 24 Hour Body?

* I would definitely have to say The Tresemme 24 hour body wins. This is a 1/3 of the price, give you a little bit of volume and has a very good fruit smell.Big Sexy hair lets me down once more =( didn't do squat to my hair =(

VOLUMINIZING MOUSE
** L'OREAL Studio indestructible Mouse VS TRESemme's 24 hour body mouse?

* I have been using L'oreal's mouse's for a while now and always liked them but this time I am going to have to go with the TRESemme one. It doesn't give me anything big for volume but it helps with my flat lameo hair! The smell is fruity like the gel one and i love it!

HAIR SERUM
** GOSH rescuse me! Repair'n Shine Serum VS PAUL MITCHELL Super Skinny serum?

* I have always been a fan of super skinny so that is my winner! This product is pretty amazing as it  helps with drying your hair faster then using nothing. But I always am on the look out for something cheaper and comparable. I am really liking Gosh products right now so this would be my second pick for hair serum that doesn't break the bank.

DRY SHAMPOO
**got2B Rockin it Dry Shampoo VS Johnson's Baby Powder- yes that's right baby powder! ?

**Okay so I am going to be doing a full review on the dry shampoo so this is a slightly different comparison.. I pick the baby powder for an anytime need to soak up oil for a dry shampoo since it doesn't give you any extra texture to your hair like dry shampoo does. The easiest way to do this for the dark haired girls is put some in your hands-over a sink and rub them together and run your hands through the roots. You can directly put on your hair but I do use a shine spray after if there is too much powder and my hair is lookin a little bit white ;)But I will do a review later and tell you what is or isn't good with the dry shampoo if you are interested?

Last one for right now.. I will be having a part 2 soon!

OKAY SO THIS IS THE EXCITING ONE FOR ME!!!!!I have been looking and looking for months and months and feels like a year but I am not too sure how long. I finally found it in Vegas but I was on the strip and didn't want to walk around with shampoo and I thought Canada would get it one day... and they have it in my city now!!

**AUSSIE 3 Minute Miracle deeep conditioner VS AUSSIE 3 Minute Miracle Smoothing Treatment?

*I remember I was so pumped when I found the 3 min. Smoothing conditioner and I tweeted @saaammage because she had had it in one of her give away's and she tweeted me something back like oh no mine has the blue font on it and its for deeep conditioning . So I took another look at it and was like NOOOO and it didn't have the wonderful coconut smell it had a gross cough syrup smell ( which I have always told my mom when I was super young that cough syrup smells like a dead dog ) soooo when my nose smells that it ain't good lol. BUT I FINALLY found the right one!!! I looked and looked and looked and finally =) SO i am going to try it out tomorrow morning and tell you the answer =) with a review if anyone would like!

I also want to mention in my This VS that that Saaammage is one of the only 3 YouTube Guru's who actually ever spoke with me...she will tweet back to any questions you need help with in the beauty department. She is a total sweetheart!!!! So follow her if you like cool smart FUNNY, shes super funny and the girl can do make up like you wouldn't believe!! you must check her Youtube out!! I posted the links wayyyy back on other posts when no one was following me so here is her link just in case you wanna check it out. Saaammage <3<3<3 =)

Thank you for checking this post out =) and if you have any questions let me know.
Have you tried any of these? what did you think??

I am always liking to know products all the YouTube Guru's and pretty much everyone i know like and dislike. I have a few dislikes that I would like to share with you so you don't waste your money!

Like most people I was looking for a solution where I could wash my hair every other day so I wouldn't dry it out or fade the color so much, I had tried a couple dry shampoo products before but never found to much positive's from them. I watched a couple reviews on the TRESemme Fresh start and thought I would give it a try. This was pretty terrible, I have dark hair so this left my hair a grayish color which is just not cute and just left a gross residue in my hair. It would have been better to just leave my dirty greasy hair alone and i would never ever buy this product. It might work with a lighter hair color or maybe it you have thicker hair (My hair is fairly fine so this did nothing for me)

The next Product I had high hopes for but NOPE it didn't work for me =/  This is the Big Sexy Hair Root Pump Plus Volumizing Mousse. This product wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything special.. It basically did nothing no matter how much or little i used it just didn't help in anyway. And it was pricey.

I was looking for a cheap shampoo & conditioner and I found the Live Clean Argon Oil, cruelty free product. I thought this looked great and the smell was not to bad either, I do find it a bit strong but a vanilla smell to it really did nothing but make my hair flat and lifeless. It was reasonably priced so it wasn't a total loss. I wouldn't recommend this for fine hair.

I am not trying to Dis this line because I am sure it is a good line but I just didn't find this helped my hair either. This leave in conditioner I actually only used three times and didn't even bother trying it any more then that as it made a gross residue in my already flat crappy hair! It weighed it down and I didn't find it protective.. I much prefer the CHI silk Infusion. You really only need a tiny little bit of this as the product does go far, it might be better for curly thicker hair but for this straight haired girl it was thumbs down =(

Okay this product I was so sad and its not a TOTAL regret but I have had it for quite some time and honestly I will never finish the bottle... This is the Everyday Gradual Tan by St. Tropez, which i hear such good things about this company and don't want to be hated on for this but the smell is so terrible I just couldn't handle using it. I could smell it all day long. I tried just using it before bed as it is a light foam but the smell is so off putting and results not great I just gave up. I did pay a lot for this, had to pay for shipping to Canada so that kind of makes me want to use it, but i won't. I definitely would try a different self tanner from St. Tropez just not this one...

Last Product.. Nivea's Happy Time sold me watching those girls on the commercial looking so happy with pretty skin... haha BUT I was not so happy using this. The smell is a strong Orangey smell-not the good kind of orange smell either. This is not moisturizing or anything fancy. It feels like you put it on and it just sits on top of your skin. Needless to say this full bottle will be hanging out under my sink until i can find a home for it, or toss it in the trash! would not ever repurchase.

IS there any products anyone has tried and hated?

These are just a few things i have been liking in February... they might not be anything to special but I think they are worth checking out!

*HAir CaRe*

I just started trying out Chi products, i always look at them but i just don't like the price tag, so i thought i would test out a mini version of the Chi silk infusion and it is awesome! It is a heat protectant and makes your hair feel fairly soft. It also says it is for skin so that was kind of weird but after you put it in your hair you can rub it in your hands and its so soft! I got this little tester size for like $2.00

Every Guru on YouTube talks about this so i had to test it out. It is an inexpensive heat protectant that you can buy that actually works. It's not amazing but it is worth the $6 and I will try anything to save my hair from being fried.

Next is Bed Head After Party- This product is great for after you blow dry, flat iron, or after any styling tools used on your hair. It is a smoothing creme that makes your hair smell great and gives it a silky touch. You only need a little bit of this so it will last fairly long, I got this one for around $10.00

Love this L'oreal Elnett hair spray! It is my all time favorite hair spray. It isn't crunchy but it will hold your hair in place, it says on the bottle that it brushes out-and it actually does. The only problem I find if i used to much and when i brush it out it will leave some residue behind but other then that its great.

I have been using a lot of L'oreal products lately, I purchased this mouse after I saw the commercial ( yes i fell for that) and it is to add volume to your hair. It doesn't give me anything worth bragging about but it helps for sure and it is reasonably priced, I am pretty sure it is the same as their last studio mouse that came out in the white bottle- just different packaging. But it was worth a try. It does have a nice scent to it and does not make your hair all greasy feeling.

This is definitely my favorite face wipe ever! I have been using them for a couple months now and they are awesome. These wipes removed most makeup and works pretty good on water proof mascara, These wipes are only like $5.00, so worth it!

My new FAVORITE face wash & Toner! LOVE this stuff. I have mentioned this product before, i had the travel set but I was at the Body Shop on the weekend and it was a 2 for 1 deal so for $12.00 I had to buy it. This stuff really cleans your skin and is great for oily skin. The smell is really nice as well.

I cannot even say how much i love this lotion, it smells so fricken good I could eat it!! If you are not a big scent person then it might be a bit much as it has quite the smell- I can't even explain the smell I am terrible at describing smells. It is moisturizing and smells so great. This product is very expensive so I only buy it once or twice a year. A bottle can run up to $25. I did find some bottles on ebay for half the price so I might try that next time.

*FraGraNce*

The new Escada TAJ Sunset is AMAZING-as all of their perfumes are. I didn't buy the bottle just yet- I will! but I know a lady who works in the perfume section at the Bay where i live and she gave me a handful of a bunch of samples to try, This one is sweet and fruity, very tropically. Reminds me of summer-great scent! I find that these aren't very strong, or they don't last on me all day but I still will purchase since it is such a nice smell!

And the last favorite is just for fun-as it is snowy and cold here, i just got inside from shoveling a good foot and then some of snow!
My skull mitts! It was somewhere between -25'C and -31'C- My IPhone cannot decide what the temperature is but it is so COLD!!!

Hopefully these were not all old products everyone has already seen before. What were your February Favorites?

I went to London Drugs to do a little shopping since there are a lot of sales right now ( I cannot resist a good deal!) and this is what i came home with...

Redken is one of my most favorite line for hair care, this kind is the color extend line. I usually am to cheap to buy this product often but it was on sale for $21.00 so I couldn't pass that up, I did only get the conditioner since i do have some of the shampoo left over from last time.I am not exactly sure but i believe I have paid almost $40.00 for a liter before so $21 was cheap!

The next product I got is the TRESemme 24 hour body spray gel. I haven't read any reviews on this particular product but I did watch a video from ForeverYours0727 this morning and she had used this product and her hair looked awesome. You can check out here video HERE . Since it was on sale for $3.99 I thought i would test it out.

SCRUBBBB! I am always trying to find a good body scrub and this is such a wicked product! I love it! This is my second  body scrubber I have purchased and i love it. It actually kind of hurts the first time you use it, its very scrubby but once you used it a couple times you don't notice it. It makes your skin so soft its great. This was a little pricey for me but you don't have to replace it too often, it was $5.99.

Practically ever beauty guru on YouTube talks of this face brush, I have heard you can find them at the Body Shop but I haven't actually found any in my city. I have never used this product before but always heard good things so I am going to test it out! It was $5.49.

Another hair product, surprise surprise. I think i spend most of my money at the drug store on different hair products. I saw a commercial for this mask last night and thought i may's well try this one, i have yet to find a hair deep conditioner that i actually find helps repair my hair. This one says it has pro-keratine and ceramide that hopefully help strengthen your hair? This  mask was $6.99.

I love the Herbacin hand cream so i picked up a lip balm to test out this kind. It was a little pricey for me but hopefully it will be worth the $3.99.

Fructis hairspray is nothing to special to me but it work's alright. I got the Ultra Strong hold, its not as strong as it sounds. if you spray farther away from your hair it doesn't make it all crunchy and gross and it was on sale for $2.99 so that's a good price.

I was watching Fleur De Force yesterday and I saw she had picked up this Maybelline Volum'Express mascara -being the mascara junkie I am I needed to get it and test it out. It was only $6.99.  I haven't watched any reviews yet but if its great I will do a review of this product.(if anyone actually reads this blog! ;)

I am the absolute worst when it comes to finding a foundation, I can never get the color right or how much coverage i need. I don't usually wear it either but I just need to test out some until I find the right one. This was on sale for $4.49 so no biggie if it doesn't work out.

LAST PRODUCT, I did a double take when I saw this sitting on the shelf! I never thought i would be so determine to find and Aussie product but I have been looking for Months for this and been watching everyone on YouTube raving about this cheap deep conditioner that actually works. I was excited to find it so i grabbed it and left.. I realize now that I already bought it that it isn't the same kind everyone has been talking about =/  It doesn't have a very nice scent to it but if it will help condition my hair then I am sold for $3.99.

And that is all for my drug store haul! Has anyone tried any of these products before?
