How to get beautiful skin in 24 hours
 
If you’ve got an important event to go to and you need a quick pick me up – fear not. There are plenty of ways to revamp your appearance in just 24 hours. A course of microdermabrasion would be ideal, but if you’ve run out of time – here’s what to do!

1.       Massage your face
Whenever you’re looking haggard try giving your face a massage. Simply rub your face all over with your hands or invest in a little gadget that’ll do the work for you.  You’ll boost circulation and increase the oxygen to your skin which should leave you with a glowing complexion. Massage also helps rebalance hormone levels and encourages relaxation – so what you waiting for?

2.       Exercise
Before a night out, hit the gym to improve your muscle tone and improve your complexion. Exercise is a great way to clear up your skin as toxins leave your body through sweat. Your body will also release endorphins which will help lift your mood and leave you feeling fabulous. Wash off any nasty smells and you’ll be up for dancing all night long.

3.       Exfoliate
xfoliation is the key to good skin as it helps remove dead skin cells and unblocks pores. Whenever you’re in the shower just take a few minutes to rub your favourite gel all over your body – starting at your feet and working up towards your face. This should leave you with a complexion that’s soft, supple and ready for a party.
4.       Moisturise
After removing all the dirt and grime from your face, be sure to moisturise. A decent cream will help your skin to glow and will expose your natural luminosity. A bright, clear and smooth complexion is certainly attractive, so invest in a decent moisturiser. Botox will help remove lines and wrinkles, but if you’ve not got an appointment opt for an anti-aging product.

5.       Get a good night’s sleep
If you’ve an important event to go to the next day try hitting the pillow earlier than usual. A good night’s sleep should lift your mood and should leave you feeling lively. Plenty of rest will also reduce the risk of dark bags underneath your eyes and will help you look your best. We all live busy lives, but it’s important to get between 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
A thorough beauty regime should help you to feel glamorous in hours, so always pamper yourself before a party.

    I wish I got 7 or 8 hours of sleep a night. Honestly, sometimes I feel the more I sleep the more tired I am. Im used to 5 or 6 hours a night.
